Dr. Brian Chanpong, DDS MSc. (Dental Anesthesia)
Dr. Brian Chanpong completed his undergraduate dental degree at the University of Southern California and a three year hospital based residency in anesthesia at the University of Toronto. He is a diplomate of both the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and is a certified specialist in dental anesthesia (Ontario).At the Faculty of Dentistry, University of British Columbia, he is the course director for local anesthesia and minimal sedation. As a member of the accreditation committee at the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, he is on the inspection team that accredits general anesthesia facilities for dentistry.
Dr. Chanpong maintains an out-patient anesthesia clinic that provides general anesthesia and sedation services for dentists in Vancouver, BC.
